We have just been spending most of our free time enjoying the Olympics. It is the best 2 weeks. We love watching the athletes succeed after all their hard work. Great lessons can be learned from them, and it motivates each of us to get out and work harder.

This week Steve and I will be doing our Grand Canyon hike. We hike on Saturday. Steve is a veteran "rimmer", but this is my first time, and I really hope not to die. You might check the obits on Sunday just in case. :)
